JOB OVERVIEW

Louk Studio is a high-end automotive photography and video studio based in the Netherlands. We work across the full automotive spectrum — from hyper-luxury brands like Ferrari, Lamborghini, and Porsche to major mainstream brands including Fiat, Dacia, Opel, and Kia. Most of our mainstream work comes through the big agencies that outsource campaign production to us, and these projects often carry the biggest budgets and the most ambitious creative.

We're looking for an experienced Photoshop retoucher to handle our automotive post-production on an ongoing freelance basis. Consistent work, serious clients, high standards.

What you'll do:
Retouch automotive imagery for commercial campaigns and brand content. A typical assignment: we deliver a JPG of the car plus a background plate, and you deliver a clean, cut-out product image of the car placed on the background — fully retouched, paint clean, looking real and ready for client delivery.

Volume:
Assignments are around 10–20 hours each. The stronger your work, the more we send your way. Top performers can expect multiple assignments per month on an ongoing basis.

Who we're looking for:
Someone with a real portfolio in automotive retouch specifically. Not general product retouch, not portrait work — automotive. You should be comfortable working independently from a brief, hitting deadlines, and delivering at a level that holds up next to top global agency work.

Process:
Send your portfolio and a short note about your automotive retouch experience. If your work fits, we'll move to a paid test assignment — fully paid at your hourly rate, no unpaid work.

The test is real client work: a car cut-out placed cleanly on a white background, retouched to look real. No complex reflection work for the test — just clean retouch and a believable result. We'll evaluate both the quality of the final image and the time it takes you to deliver it.

From there, ongoing work for the right person.
