JOB OVERVIEW

We are preparing to launch ---------- , an online platform for skill-based video game tournaments and mutual competitions.
Players will be able to join video game competitions, play matches, report results, and win prizes based on skill. We are now looking for a reliable and proactive Social Media Manager / Influencer Outreach Specialist and Pre Launch Manager to help us build awareness, contact gaming influencers, support test tournaments, and grow our online gaming community before and after launch.
Main Responsibilities

Find and contact gaming influencers, streamers, TikTok creators, YouTubers, Twitch streamers, ---------- community owners, Reddit community members, esports pages, and gaming communities
Invite influencers and gaming creators to participate in promotional campaigns, test tournaments, launch activities, and website promotion
Build and maintain influencer/contact lists in Google Sheets
Track outreach messages, replies, follow-ups, rates, and campaign status
Help manage PlayerSaloons social media accounts
Create, prepare, schedule, or help coordinate social media posts
Support promotional campaigns for test tournaments and launch tournaments
Help grow awareness of PlayerSaloons across gaming communities
Support activity on ---------- , Reddit, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, Twitch, YouTube, and other relevant platforms
Monitor comments, messages, replies, and interest from potential players or influencers
Report progress clearly and regularly
General assitance in launching ----------

Experience or interest in games such as FC 26, NBA 2K, Tekken 8, Forza Horizon 5, WWE 2K, NHL, PGA Tour 2K, Madden, Brawlhalla, Counter-Strike, Fortnite, Call of Duty, UFC, Super Smash Bros, Rocket League, or other competitive games is a strong advantage.

Trial Task

We may start with a small paid trial task first. The trial may include:

Finding a list of gaming influencers
Preparing outreach messages
Contacting selected influencers
Updating a Google Sheet tracker
Suggesting social media post ideas
Helping with test tournament promotion

If the work quality, communication, and results are good, this can become an ongoing role.
