JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for reliable, detail-oriented remote assistants to help monitor conversations on X / Twitter for a fast-moving online brand.

This role is best suited to someone with strong written English, good judgement, and the ability to understand online discussions quickly. You will be helping us track relevant posts, identify misleading or harmful claims, draft calm factual responses, and report content only where it genuinely breaks platform rules.

This is not a spam, bot, or fake engagement role. We are looking for people who can work carefully, follow instructions, and communicate professionally.

Responsibilities:
* Monitor X / Twitter for posts mentioning the brand, competitors, or related topics
* Log relevant posts into a tracking sheet
* Categorise posts by issue type, urgency, and risk level
* Draft short, natural-sounding factual responses for review
* Report posts only where there is a genuine platform policy violation
* Submit screenshots, links, and notes as evidence of completed work
* Follow clear daily instructions from the team lead
* Avoid arguments, harassment, spam, or emotional responses online

Requirements:
* Strong written English
* Good understanding of X / Twitter culture, ---------- s, replies, quote tweets, and online discussion
* Able to write in a natural, human style
* Strong attention to detail
* Reliable daily availability
* Comfortable working with a client in the crypto / online gaming space
* Must be 18+
* Able to follow strict instructions and approval processes
* Must be comfortable using Google Sheets, Slack and ----------

Nice to have:
* Previous experience with social media moderation
* Previous experience with community management
* Experience writing comments, replies, or social media copy
* Understanding of crypto, online gaming, sports betting, or internet culture
* Experience with X / Twitter reporting, Community Notes, or brand monitoring

Working hours:

This is a part-time remote role.

Expected workload is around 2–3 hours per day, depending on activity levels.

You must be able to check in daily, submit your work clearly, and respond to tea ---------- ssages in a reasonable time.

Compensation:

Base pay: $300 USD per month

There will also be performance bonuses for approved high-quality work.

Bonus examples may include:

* Finding and logging high-value relevant posts
* Submitting accurate evidence for genuine policy violations
* Drafting strong factual responses that are approved by the team lead
* Identifying posts that require escalation
* Producing consistently accurate daily tracking work

Bonuses will usually be $10–$20 per approved bonus action.

Bonus caps will apply. Each bonus type will normally be capped at around 5 approved bonuses per month. If you go trigger additional bonuses you can roll them over for bonus pay into next month!

All public replies and sensitive actions may require approval before being posted or submitted. We do not want spam, fake claims, harassment, or low-quality AI-written comments. Quality and judgement matter more than volume.
