JOB OVERVIEW

Hey future tea ---------- mber!

We're a fast-scaling DTC pet health brand running ads across the US, UK, AU, plus a Swedish store. We're bringing email + SMS specialist to join our team!

This is not a "send the newsletter" role, and it's not a seat to collect a paycheck from. We want someone here to scale, grow, and earn alongside the team — we reward performance with bonuses.

Who we're looking for:

- 3+ years owning email + SMS at a DTC brand doing 6 figures+ (7-figure experience is a strong plus)

- You can audit what exists and lay out a real retention strategy — not just execute tickets

- Deep Klaviyo expertise — you've built flows from scratch, not just edited templates

- You understand flow economics (e.g. when a Welcome Series carries too much of flow revenue, you know how to fix it)

- Disciplined tester — one variable at a time, data d ----------

- Can brief a designer and tell when a layout is hurting the message

- Can work day time PH time.

What you'll do:

Audit all flows, campaigns, SMS, and the signup form ? deliver a prioritized plan

Build Klaviyo flows (welcome, abandoned cart, browse abandonment, winback, post-purchase) and diversify revenue off the Welcome Series

Ship campaigns weekly (3-5), planned 1–2 weeks ahead

A/B test flows continuously

Run email + SMS as one system across both stores

Report flow-level revenue, open/click/conversion, repeat-purchase rate

Keep a rolling calendar and hunt the next leak
