An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Human Resources or recruitment specialist to join a well-established Australian Healthcare Recruitment company. Reporting directly to the Operational Manager.
You will provide strategic and operational leadership across all aspects of HR, Training and Workforce Development, including:
• Lead end-to-end recruitment across support worker, coordinator, and specialist roles — advertising, screening, interviewing, and making offers
• Coordinate onboarding and induction for all new staff, ensuring they meet mandatory training requirements
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, including contracts, performance reviews, and certifications
• Provide day-to-day HR advisory support to managers on performance management, leave, and workplace matters and strategy on workforce planning initiatives
• Draft and review HR policies, position descriptions, and employment documentation
• Support workforce planning and work with the leadership team on organisational growth strategies
• Coordinate training and professional development initiatives for staff
• Assist with payroll queries in coordination with the finance team
• Ensure ongoing compliance with Fair Work Act obligations and NDIS Practice Standards
• Providing expert advice on employee and industrial relations matters
• Driving talent attraction, retention and succession planning activities
• Managing performance, disciplinary and grievance processes
• Process remuneration, payroll and workforce reporting functions
• Managing workforce mobility, visas and expatriate employee support
Other Ad hoc Duties
• Rostering and scheduling of HCPs
• Attending to Telephone and
• Data Entry and Database Management such as booking HCP Shifts as instructed or required by the client, Posting Shifts, Onboarding and activation of workers on the booking platform, Editing Shifts.
To be successful, you will bring:
• Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
• Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline
• Experience working in a BPO company ideally and Australian company
• Ability to work Under Pressured when need arises
• Ability to work from home
• Ability to work weekends on a scheduled roster as we operate 24/7
Willing to quickly upskill themselves to understand Australian HR Regulations etc
