JOB OVERVIEW

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are a high end luxury ecommerce brand. We sell premium products to clients in many countries. We are now hiring one top level sales and client manager. This is not a normal admin job. This is a senior sales role for a true closer who can also build long term client relationships.

You will spend about 12 hours a day on WhatsApp. You will talk to new leads and turn them into paying clients. You will also take care of existing clients so they feel valued and keep ordering again and again.

Your goal is simple. Bring in new sales, keep clients happy, and make them buy more over time.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Talk to leads and clients on WhatsApp for about 12 hours a day and reply fast.
- Turn new inquiries into paying clients with strong and natural sales skills.
- Build warm and trusted relationships so clients stay loyal to the brand.
- Follow up with past clients and bring them back to order again.
- Find our top VIP clients by their total spend and give them special care and attention.
- Create clear plans and strategies to increase new sales, repeat orders, and win back old clients.
- Recommend the right products to each client and grow the value of each order.
- Keep clear records of every client, their orders, their total spend, and your follow ups.
- Hit clear monthly targets for new sales and repeat sales.
- Represent a luxury brand with class, patience, and full professionalism at all times.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- A proven sales person with a strong track record. You must be able to show real results, not just talk.
- Experience working with an ecommerce store that does at least one million dollars per month. This shows us you understand high volume and high standards.
- Ultra fluent in spoken and written English. Your English must sound clear, natural, and confident.
- Strong at building relationships and reading people. You know how to make a client feel special.
- Reliable and consistent. You can truly commit to long daily hours and show up every day.
- Very organized. You track every client and never let a good lead go cold.
- You understand luxury clients and how to speak to people who expect the best.
- Stable internet, a backup for power and connection, and a quiet place to work.
