Position Overview:
The Registration Coordinator at plays a crucial role in supporting the administrative functions of our organization by overseeing client and participant registration processes. This position ensures smooth operations by managing data entry, maintaining accurate records, and providing excellent customer service to clients and staff. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and possess strong communication skills to facilitate the on boarding and registration of participants in various programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Registration Management: Handle all aspects of client and participant registration, including data collection, entry, and verification to ensure accuracy.
Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and program participant records, ensuring data confidentiality and compliance with regulatory standards.
Customer Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the registration process, responding to inquiries via phone,
Program Coordination: Work closely with program staff to ensure that all registration materials are properly processed and participants are ready to begin services.
Billing and Documentation: Assist in preparing registration-related documents, tracking client payments, and coordinating with the billing department as needed.
Report Generation: Compile and distribute registration status reports to management and relevant staff to provide updates on participant on boarding.
Scheduling: Coordinate with other departments to schedule intake appointments, orientations, and any other relevant meetings as part of the registration process.
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate’s degree or higher in a relevant field preferred.
Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a clerical, administrative, or customer service role. Experience in a healthcare, behavioral health, or developmental disabilities setting is a plus.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with data entry and record-keeping systems.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused attitude.
Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
Attention to Detail: Exceptional accuracy in data management and document preparation.
Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work collaboratively with tea

This is a full-time position.
