JOB OVERVIEW

We're a fast-growing botanical beauty brand. We sell skincare products direct to customers across TikTok Shop, Meta, Amazon, and our own website. We work with a lot of creators — and we need someone to own that whole relationship from start to finish.
This is not a "post once and forget" role. You'll be the person who finds great creators, gets product into their hands, keeps them happy, and turns the best ones into long-term partners.
WHAT YOU'LL DO

Find and reach out to creators across Insense, Trybe, Billo, and the TikTok Shop creator marketplace
Run our product seeding campaigns — pick the right creators, send them free product, and follow up to make sure content actually gets made
Manage all the day-to-day messages: outreach, replies, negotiating, answering questions, keeping conversations warm
Onboard new creators and explain our brand, our product, and what we need from them
Track everything in a clean spreadsheet or CRM — who we contacted, who said yes, what was shipped, what content came back, and how it performed
Build relationships with our best creators and help us move them into ongoing paid retainers over time
Send us simple weekly updates on outreach numbers, content delivered, and what's working

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

You've done creator, influencer, or UGC outreach before — ideally for an ecommerce or DTC brand
Bonus points if you've worked in beauty, skincare, or wellness
You've used at least one of these before: Insense, Billo, Trybe, or TikTok Shop affiliate/creator tools (if you've used all of them, even better)
Excellent written English — your DMs and emails need to sound friendly and human, not robotic
Very organized. You don't let people fall through the cracks or forget to follow up
Comfortable doing high-volume outreach without losing the personal touch
Self-starter who can work without being micromanaged

NICE TO HAVE (not required)

Experience setting up affiliate or commission programs
Basic understanding of TikTok Shop GMV, affiliate tiers, and Shop Ads
Light experience with shipping/logistics coordination for product seeding

HOURS & PAY

Part-time / Full-time]
e.g. 20–40 hours per week, with some overlap with our hours for messaging]
Pay: $3-7/hour OR $250-1k month, depending on experience]
This role can grow. We're hiring for the long term and want to build toward a bigger creator program together.
