JOB OVERVIEW

About Us
We're a specialized Amazon PPC and e-commerce growth agency serving brands in the DACH market (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) and across European marketplaces. We operate fully remote with a small, tight-knit team based in the Philippines and internationally.
We're looking for a reliable Amazon Seller Central Specialist to support us with hands-on catalog and listing work - primarily for one client right now, but potentially expanding to more over time.

What You'll Be Doing:
Your core focus will be catalog operations: getting listings right, fixing what's broken, and keeping things clean across multiple EU marketplaces.
Day-to-day tasks include:

- Flat File work — Building, editing, and uploading inventory files for bulk listing creation and updates. This is a major part of the role.
- Variation creation & management — Setting up parent-child relationships correctly across multiple international marketplaces (DE, FR, IT, ES, NL, PL, SE, BE, etc.)
- Listing troubleshooting — Resolving suppressed listings, stranded inventory, broken variations, catalog errors, and other Seller Central issues.
- Seller Support case management — Opening cases, following up persistently, escalating when needed, and documenting outcomes.
- General product data maintenance — Keeping listings accurate, updated, and compliant across marketplaces.

Occasionally, you may also help with:

- A+ Content / Brand Story updates
- Brand Registry related tasks
- Image and video management within listings

Who You Are:

- You have at least 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Amazon Seller Central (not just VA work around Amazon — actual catalog and listing work).
- You're comfortable with Flat Files and understand how inventory loader templates work, including troubleshooting upload errors.
- You know how parent-child variations work and have created them across multiple marketplaces before.
- You've dealt with Seller Support cases and know that "following up 5 times" is sometimes just how it goes.
- You can work independently — when something breaks, you investigate and try to solve it before asking.
- You're detail-oriented and organized. Catalog work requires precision.
- European marketplace experience is a strong plus (especially Amazon DE).
- English communication is solid — you'll communicate with the team in English.

Nice to Have

- Experience with Amazon tools
- Familiarity with German/European Amazon marketplaces and their category-specific requirements
- Experience working with agencies (managing multiple client accounts)

How This Role Works
This is a project-based, hourly role — not fixed hours. You'll track your time and bill hourly. Right now, there's a clear initial project (setting up variations across international marketplaces for ~7 products + fixing several listing issues in DE). After that, work will come in waves — sometimes a few hours a week, sometimes more. We're looking for someone who is okay with that flexibility and wants to grow with us as our client base grows.
We value integrity, reliability, and clear communication. If something is unclear, ask. If something is stuck, flag it. If you made a mistake, own it. That's how we work.

How to Apply
Subject line: MUST start with the word CATALOG — applications without this will be ignored.
Please include in your application:

1. Your experience: A brief summary of your Amazon Seller Central experience — specifically with listings, flat files, and variations.
2. A real example: Describe a listing or catalog problem you solved. What was broken, what did you do, and what was the result?
3. The situation test: A client's product has 5 color variations on Amazon DE. They want to expand these same variations to Amazon FR, IT, and ES. But when you upload the flat file, 3 out of 5 child ASINs throw errors and don't go live. Walk me through how you would approach this — step by step.
4. Marketplaces: Which Amazon marketplaces have you worked on?
5. Availability: Your current weekly availability and how you prefer to structure project-based work.

Rate: $4–$6/hour USD (depending on experience)
Hours: Project-based / flexible – initially heavier workload, then ongoing as needed
