About RevRepeat

RevRepeat is a fast-growing UK lead generation agency. We run Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising campaigns for service businesses - trades, healthcare, aesthetics, finance, and more. We currently manage 50+ active clients and are scaling hard.

We are not a typical agency. Everything we do runs on a system. Every client goes through the same process. Every message follows a template. Every step is documented. We move fast, we do not cut corners, and we hold a high standard across everything we do.

The Role

This is a remote Account Manager VA position. You will be the main point of contact for our clients from the ---------- nt they sign up through to their campaign going live, and then managing that relationship on an ongoing weekly basis.

You will not be doing sales. You will not be making campaign strategy decisions. You will own everything in between: client communication, campaign setup, creative production, Meta Ads Manager builds, and weekly performance updates.

This role runs on process. We have built a complete system - templates, checklists, bots, and tools - and your job is to follow that system precisely, every time.

What You Will Do

- Onboard new clients and get their Meta campaigns live within 7 working days of payment

- Set up client sub-accounts in GoHighLevel (CRM) including phone numbers, automations, and pipelines

- Research competitor ads and generate campaign copy using our Claude AI workflow

- Build static image ad creatives in Canva following our 11-point creative checklist

- Build full Meta ad campaigns in Ads Manager following exact structural rules

- Run all work through our quality-check bots before anything goes to the team for review

- Send weekly performance updates to every active client every Friday without exception

- Respond to all client messages within 2 hours during working hours

- Log every action, every message, and every status change in our internal dashboard

What We Are Looking For

- Extremely organised - you are managing multiple clients at different stages simultaneously

- Detail-obsessed - one wrong setting, one missed step, one improvised message causes problems

- Proactive - clients should never have to chase us for an update

- Follows process - you do not go off-script, ever. If something is not covered, you escalate

- Fast responder - 2-hour maximum response time is the standard, not the target

- Tech comfortable - you must pick up new software quickly and confidently

Tools you will use: GoHighLevel, Meta Ads Manager, Canva, Claude AI, Google Drive, WhatsApp, Lovable Performance Hub

Ideal Background

- Previous experience as a VA, account manager, customer success rep, or operations coordinator

- Some exposure to Meta advertising (you do not need to be an expert - strategy is handled by our Head of Paid Media)

- Experience in a client-facing role where communication quality and attention to detail were critical

- CRM experience - GoHighLevel is a bonus but not required

- Experience managing 10+ accounts or clients simultaneously is a strong plus

What This Is Not

- This is not a creative or strategy role

- This is not a role for someone who prefers to work on one or two clients at a time

- This is not a role for someone who needs frequent direction or finds it difficult to follow exact instructions

- This is not a role for someone whose written English is not strong - every client message represents our brand
