PixelAscend is an AI automation agency helping businesses with AI receptionists, chatbots, missed-call recovery, customer support automation, and sales automation. We're hiring a full-time remote Sales Closer from the Philippines for a long-term role calling US businesses.
We provide the leads, dialer, scripts, and training — your job is to contact prospects, get past gatekeepers, book and run qualified calls, pitch our services clearly, and close.
This is a full-cycle closing role, not appointment setting. You own deals from first contact to signed client.
WHO THIS IS FOR
You're confident on the phone, you don't fold when a gatekeeper says "the owner isn't around," and you can explain a simple service to a US business owner without sounding like you're reading a script. You want to close — not just dial.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Contact US business leads by phone, email, and LinkedIn
Get past gatekeepers and reach the actual decision-maker
Book and run qualified sales calls
Close interested prospects
Keep CRM notes updated; send short daily activity updates
Report objections and lead-quality feedback

REQUIREMENTS

Strong spoken and written English with a clear, US-business-fluent phone presence
Proven experience cold-calling US businesses (B2B preferred)
Comfortable handling gatekeepers and objections
Reliable: strong internet, quiet work setup, backup power/connection a plus
Able to work a permanent night shift (see schedule)
Full-time availability

BONUS SKILLS

Sold SaaS, agency, automation, or AI services before
Experience with dialers, Apollo, LinkedIn, CRM tools, Google Sheets
Background in B2B services sales to US SMBs (home services, clinics, contractors, salons, etc.)

COMPENSATION

Trial base: $500/month (prorated) during the paid trial period
Standard base: $700–$1,000/month once you clear the trial and close your first client — grows with performance
15% commission on collected client payments (setup fee + first monthly retainer), uncapped
Base paid monthly; long-term role for the right person

HOW THIS ROLE STARTS (please read carefully)
We run a staged paid trial so strong closers get rewarded fast and the wrong fit is caught early:

Days 1–3 (paid): ramp + first outreach. Target: book qualified, confirmed demos (right decision-maker, real interest, locked time slot).
Weeks 1–2 (paid): build a consistent qualified pipeline.
Weeks 3–4 (paid): close at least one client by the end of the first sales cycle.

Full base pay throughout, clear targets, and a long-term seat plus the standard base for whoever clears them. If you set appointments but never close, this isn't your seat.
SCHEDULE

Full-time, Monday–Friday
US business hours (night shift in PH): approx. 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM PHT, targeting US Eastern/Central morning-to-afternoon — the prime B2B calling window
This is a permanent night-shift role — only apply if you can reliably work these hours long-term
