- Familiarity with motion graphics and AI generative video tools
- A strong storytelling instinct — you understand how pacing, music, and structure work together to land a message
- Comfortable working independently and managing your own workload without needing to be micromanaged
- A genuine eagerness to grow and improve your craft — we invest in our people and we expect the same in return
- Good written and spoken English communication skills
- Reliable, high-speed internet connection with strong upload and download speeds — large project file transfers are part of the daily workflow
- Available during Melbourne business hours (AEST)
What We Expect of You
- Show up to the weekly WIP meeting prepared and engaged — you're a tea
- Communicate proactively about any delays, challenges, or questions — we have a culture of openness and expect timely communication
- Deliver all files and project assets as part of project completion — all content created remains the property of Hebron Films
- Meet agreed deadlines consistently — time management must be self-motivated
- Continually seek to improve your technical and creative skills
Remuneration
This is a full-time position offered at a competitive weekly salary commensurate with experience.
