We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Klaviyo
You will work closely with our internal team, translating pre-designed mockups and planned strategies into polished, live Klaviyo assets. The ideal candidate is technically proficient in Klaviyo, highly organised, and takes pride in pixel-perfect execution.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Campaign Builds —
Build and configure
Input and format all live copy (subject lines, preview text, body text, CTAs) as provided by the internal team.
Manage all URL inputs across
Apply and manage alt text across all image blocks in every
Conduct thorough pre-send quality assurance checks including rendering tests across both desktop and mobile devices and across major
Verify mobile optimisation on every build — checking layout integrity, image scaling, font sizing, and button tap targets on mobile viewports before sign-off.
Campaign Builds — SMS
Build and configure SMS campaigns in Klaviyo, inputting approved copy and managing list/segment targeting as directed.
Apply a basic understanding of Klaviyo segments and lists to ensure campaigns are directed to the correct audience as specified in each brief — noting that segment creation and strategy remain the internal team's responsibility.
Apply any personalisation tokens, links, and opt-out language as required by the internal team and compliance requirements.
Flow Builds
Build automated
Configure flow triggers, filters, timing delays, conditional splits, and branching logic as specified in the brief.
Assemble
Input all live text, URLs, and alt text within flow
Conduct end-to-end flow testing prior to activation, ensuring all branches, triggers, and content render correctly.
Flag any technical limitations or inconsistencies in the flow brief to the internal team before building commences.
General Responsibilities
Maintain clear communication with the internal team via agreed project management and communication channels.
Adhere to naming conventions, folder structures, and tagging standards as set by the internal team.
Follow provided spreadsheet instructions and campaign trackers for each assigned build, updating task status and flagging completion as required.
Maintain consistency of formatting, structure, and naming across all
Proactively raise any questions, blockers, or errors as soon as they are identified.
Manage workload across concurrent campaigns and flow projects, meeting all assigned deadlines.
Continuously develop platform knowledge to keep pace with Klaviyo feature updates and best practices.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Essential
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience building campaigns and flows in Klaviyo.
Demonstrated ability to reconstruct
Strong understanding of Klaviyo's campaign and flow builder interfaces, including triggers, filters, splits, and timing.
Proficiency in URL management — correctly inserting, formatting, and testing links within
Experience applying and managing alt text across
Ability to input and format live text content accurately and consistently, including subject lines, preview text, and body copy.
Ability to test and troubleshoot
Working understanding of Klaviyo lists and segments sufficient to correctly apply audience targeting as directed — strategy and segment creation are handled by the internal team.
Experience building SMS campaigns in Klaviyo, including understanding of character limits, opt-out language, and compliance basics.
High attention to detail with a structured, methodical approach to build and QA processes.
Reliable internet connection and ability to work within agreed time windows that align with our team's core hours, noting that our team is based in Australia and operates on an AEST timezone.
Desirable
Familiarity with HTML/CSS as it relates to
Experience working with offshore or remote teams and using async communication tools (e.g. Slack, Loom, Monday, Asana).
Understanding of
Exposure to A/B testing setup within Klaviyo campaigns or flows.
Experience with list segmentation and audience management in Klaviyo.
