DenWay is a US-focused dental marketing agency scaling seriously from $30k to $100k/month. We run Meta ads + a call center to book Invisalign consultations for dental practices.
I'm the founder, Thor. Right now my time is the bottleneck of the business — running sales, ads, ops, and client onboarding. This hire is the person who takes the operational and systems side off my plate, so we can really focus on growth.
This is not a VA role. It's a real operations seat with responsibility over the systems backbone of the agency.
What you'll manage:
- Client onboarding inside GoHighLevel — subaccount setup, pipelines, calendars, funnels, A2P registration, sending
- Building and maintaining automations in
- Managing our Airtable database — client tracker, consultations view, performance reporting
- Daily QA on ad accounts and trackers — flag errors, surface issues (no media buying required)
- Routing client content to editors and tracking turnaround
- Building and improving SOPs as we scale
- Founder support — calendar, ad-hoc tasks, meeting prep
- Using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) daily to compress workload
You're a fit if you:
- Have built automations in
- Have set up GoHighLevel subaccounts — workflows, pipelines, calendars, funnels, A2P
- Are comfortable in Airtable and such databases
- Solve problems without being told the answer — Google it, test it, figure it out
- Move fast and follow through
- Have strong written and spoken English (you'll communicate with US clients occasionally)
- Use AI tools in your daily work already
This is NOT for you if you:
- Need to be told exactly what to do every day
- Have never used GoHighLevel before or a similar CRM system
- Want a narrow, repetitive role
- Move slowly
Details:
- Full-time, fully remote
- $1,200-$2,000/month depending on experience and skills
- Must overlap with US business hours
