Full-Time Marketing, Communications & CRM Coordinator (Nonprofit Support)
About the Opportunity
We are seeking a detail-oriented, professional, and highly organized Marketing, Communications & CRM Coordinator to support a nonprofit organization’s communications, administrative, database management, and business development activities. This role has evolved into a full-time position and requires someone who can work during U.S. Pacific Standard Time (PST) business hours.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, capable of managing multiple systems and priorities, and experienced in supporting organizations through communications, CRM management, data administration, and opportunity research.
Responsibilities
* Monitor and organize designated
* Prepare professional meeting agendas using established templates
* Draft and format meeting minutes into polished, board-ready documents
* Create and distribute 2–3
* Design visually appealing and professional communications using tools such as Mailchimp, Canva, Constant Contact, or similar platforms
* Maintain consistency in branding, formatting, and messaging
* Coordinate communications deadlines and ensure timely distribution
* Manage and maintain the organization’s CRM system, ensuring all data is entered accurately and kept up to date
* Track contacts, activities, assignments, and follow-up actions within the CRM system
* Ensure assigned tasks are completed by managers and tea
* Manage organizational databases and spreadsheets, ensuring information is accurate, organized, and current
* Research and identify relevant opportunities online, including partnerships, grants, events, sponsorships, and other growth opportunities
* Generate reports and provide updates on communications, CRM activities, and follow-up status
* Assist with additional marketing, communications, administrative, or project support activities as needed
Qualifications
* Background in marketing, communications, public relations, nonprofit administration, business administration, or a related field
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent attention to detail and document formatting abilities
* Experience creating professional
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM systems, spreadsheets, and
* Demonstrated experience managing CRM data, workflows, follow-up processes, and database administration
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
* Strong organizational and time-management skills
* Experience working U.S. PST business hours for at least two years
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and ensure tasks are completed across teams
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience supporting nonprofit boards, committees, or membership organizations
* Familiarity with Mailchimp, Canva, Eventbrite, and CRM systems
* Experience preparing board agendas, minutes, and meeting materials
* Experience researching opportunities, lead generation, or business development support
