GoHighLevel Manager & Meta/Google Ads Team Lead
Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated GoHighLevel Manager & Meta/Google Ads Team Lead to oversee marketing operations, manage advertising campaigns, lead a growing team, and train staff members to perform at a high level.

This role requires someone who is both a strong marketer and a strong leader — someone who can confidently make strategic decisions, solve problems under pressure, communicate clearly in English, and teach others effectively.

The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, confident in leadership, and experienced with digital marketing systems, paid advertising, and team development.

Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Management
Lead, manage, and mentor a team of marketers, appointment setters, media buyers, and virtual assistants
Train new and existing tea ---------- mbers on systems, workflows, advertising strategies, and best practices
Hold tea ---------- mbers accountable for performance, deadlines, and KPIs
Make difficult business and marketing decisions when needed
Create clear SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and training materials
Conduct regular tea ---------- etings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews
Build a positive, productive, and professional team culture
Resolve internal issues and improve operational efficiency
GoHighLevel Management Responsibilities
Fully manage and optimize the GoHighLevel CRM platform
Build and maintain:
Sales funnels
Landing pages
Automations
Pipelines
Workflows
Calendars
Forms and surveys

Email and SMS campaigns
Troubleshoot automation and CRM issues
Improve lead management and customer follow-up systems
Integrate third-party tools and software when necessary
Monitor campaign performance and reporting inside GoHighLevel
Meta & Google Ads Management
Create, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns on:
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
Google Ads
YouTube Ads
Retargeting campaigns
Perform audience research and competitor analysis
Monitor ad performance and adjust strategy based on data
Manage budgets efficiently to maximize ROI
Scale winning campaigns while controlling ad spend
Analyze metrics such as:
CPL
CPA
ROAS
CTR
Conversion rates
Create detailed reports and explain campaign performance clearly to clients or leadership
Stay updated with platform changes, trends, and advertising policies
Training & Teaching Responsibilities
Teach tea ---------- mbers how to:
Use GoHighLevel effectively
Launch and optimize ad campaigns
Understand marketing strategy
Follow company systems and processes
Explain complex marketing concepts in a simple and professional way
Train employees through:
Live coaching
Screen-sharing sessions
SOP videos
Documentation
Team workshops
Evaluate team performance and identify areas for improvement
Communication Requirements
Excellent spoken and written English
Strong public speaking and presentation skills
Ability to confidently lead meetings and training calls
Professional communication with clients, leadership, and tea ---------- mbers
Ability to explain ideas clearly and give constructive feedback

Proven experience managing GoHighLevel accounts and automations
Strong experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
Experience leading and managing a marketing team
Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities

Strong analytical and reporting skills
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Experience creating SOPs and training systems
High level of professionalism and accountability
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in lead generation agencies
