Social Media & Operations Support Coordinator

Vita Health Club – Willoughby

We’re looking for someone creative, organised and proactive to join the team at Vita Health Club.

This role is perfect for someone who loves wellness, content creation, community and being part of a growing boutique fitness space.

You’ll work closely with our team helping bring the Vita brand to life online while also supporting day-to-day operations behind the scenes.

The Role Includes:

* Editing and posting content across Instagram, TikTok and social media platforms
* Creating engaging stories, reels and day-to-day social content
* Scheduling and organising content
* Capturing the vibe, community and culture of Vita
* Assisting with admin and operational tasks
* Supporting the team with day-to-day needs
* Responding to enquiries and helping with member communication
* Helping execute events, launches and promotions
* General support across the gym, café and wellness space when needed
Running ads to generate leads

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

* Has experience with social media content creation and editing
* Understands Instagram, TikTok and current trends
* Is organised, reliable and proactive
* Has strong communication skills
* Can work independently and take initiative
* Loves health, wellness, fitness and community
* Has a creative eye and understands premium/luxury branding
* Is comfortable in a fast-paced environment

Bonus If You:

* Have Canva, CapCut or Adobe editing experience
* Have experience in hospitality, fitness or wellness
* Enjoy being around people and creating community
