JOB OVERVIEW

A leading luxury fashion brand is looking for an exceptional luxury saleswoman for our boutique in Puerto Portals, Mallorca.

This is not a standard retail position.
We are searching for a strong closer, negotiator, luxury seller, and fashion personality with a high-end image and strong presence. Somebody who naturally attracts clients, creates relationships, and can convert visitors into loyal private clients.

You must feel comfortable in a luxury environment and represent the brand with elegance, confidence, femininity, and charisma.

A strong image and model/mannequin appearance is extremely important for this role, as you will also represent the aesthetic identity of the brand inside the boutique and during content creation, fittings, client appointments, and events.

Responsibilities:

* Sell luxury fashion collections to international clientele
* Create exceptional VIP client experiences
* Build long-term relationships with high-end customers
* Achieve and exceed sales targets
* Assist with styling and fittings
* Represent the brand image professionally and elegantly
* Support content creation, social media, and boutique visibility
* Help organize the boutique visually and commercially
* Follow up VIP customers via WhatsApp and Instagram
* Coordinate private appointments and concierge clients
* Work closely with management regarding sales performance and opportunities

Requirements:

* Strong sales personality and negotiation skills
* Luxury retail or fashion sales experience preferred
* Excellent communication skills
* Strong feminine presence and elegant image
* Comfortable in front of camera and clients
* Model/mannequin appearance preferred
* Fashion sense and styling ability required
* Fluent English required
* Spanish is a strong advantage
* Additional languages are a plus
* Energetic, charismatic, confident, and highly motivated
