We are hiring an experienced Amazon Account Specialist to manage catalogue health, compliance, and Seller Central operations across multiple brands.
This is a full-time role, not a beginner role, and not a task-only VA position. You will be trusted with protecting live revenue and solving complex Amazon issues for us and our clients.

Your mission
Your job is to keep products live, compliant, accurate, and selling.
You will monitor account health, fix suppressed or broken listings, manage compliance documentation, and handle Amazon support cases until they are actually resolved.
Responsibilities
Monitor Account Health and act quickly on warnings, restricted product removals, IP complaints, buyability issues, and suppressed ASINs
Fix suppressed, blocked, or non-buyable ASINs
Create, repair, and clean up parent/child variations
Make attribute edits using the Seller Central UI and flat files
Troubleshoot contribution and attribute ownership issues
Correct categories, browse nodes, GTINs, barcodes, and product identity issues
Submit and manage compliance documents, including SDS, safety documents, cosmetics, supplements, certificates, and approvals
Open, manage, and follow up on Seller Support cases
Challenge incorrect Amazon responses professionally
Escalate cases when Tier 1 support is not solving the issue
Document actions, evidence, screenshots, and outcomes
Help improve internal SOPs based on real issues
Required experience
2+ years of hands-on Amazon Seller Central experience
Strong understanding of Amazon catalogue structure
Strong experience with listing suppressions and compliance workflows
Proven experience fixing live listing and availability issues
Strong Amazon case-writing ability
Strong written and spoken English
Ability to manage multiple brands and ASINs at the same time
Master-level flat file experience. This is essential.
Full-time availability
Stable internet and a backup plan
Ability to work an evening shift with at least a 4-hour overlap with US Eastern
Nice to have
Regulated product experience, especially supplements, cosmetics, healthcare, or safety documentation
Brand Registry experience
UK or EU marketplace compliance knowledge
Transparency experience
ClickUp experience
Helium 10 experience
Previous experience working for Amazon Seller Support
Previous experience on an Amazon catalogue support team

Salary
USD $500-$1,200 per month depending on experience and ability.
13th month is included.
