JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a creative, organized, and proactive Social Media & Community Manager to join our internal team.

This role will focus on managing our online presence, creating content, supporting lead generation, improving engagement, and helping build a strong remote company culture through community activities, announcements, town halls, and giveaways.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys content creation, online engagement, team culture, and bringing ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities
Create, schedule, and manage social media content
Manage engagement across social media platforms
Support lead generation through social media activities
Help plan and organize virtual town halls
Coordinate company giveaways and community activities
Create announcements, updates, and internal engagement posts
Help promote company culture and online presence
Track basic social media performance and engagement
Coordinate with the internal team for campaigns and content needs
Suggest ideas to improve branding, engagement, and visibility
Qualifications
Experience in social media management preferred
Strong written English communication skills
Creative, organized, and detail-oriented
Familiar with Canva, Meta Business Suite, scheduling tools, or similar platforms
Basic graphic design or video editing skills are a plus
Comfortable managing online communities and engagement
Able to work independently and bring new ideas to the table
Must have a reliable internet connection and work-from-home setup
