# Remote Dental Team Support Specialist
Our growing dental office is looking for an experienced **Remote Dental Team Support Specialist** to manage incoming calls and provide excellent patient communication during business hours.
## Position Details
* **Remote Position**
* **Hours:** Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
* All incoming office calls will be routed to the remote support team.
## Responsibilities
* Answer and manage incoming patient phone calls professionally
* Handle high call volumes, multi-line phone systems, and support multiple office locations
* Triage calls to determine which situations require in-office attention
* Schedule appointments and assist patients with general questions
* Communicate clearly and efficiently with the in-office team
* Provide exceptional customer service and patient support
## Requirements
* Previous dental office experience required
* Must have experience using **Eaglesoft**
* Must have experience using **Slack**
* Must have experience using answering multi lines
* Experience working in remote dental support or virtual dental administration
* Ability to manage multi-line phones and multi-location scheduling/support
* Strong understanding of dental terminology and office workflow
* Excellent phone communication skills
* Clear and fluent English with strong comprehension
* Reliable internet connection and professional remote work setup
* Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
