Position: Full time- Remote Patient Care Coordinator
Pay: CAD $750/ month plus $250 in bonus if KPIs are met (possible pay increase after probationary period)
Hours: Weekdays + 1 weekend availability, 10 AM – 8 PM EST time (40 hrs per week)
Probation: 3 months

We are a leading multidisciplinary clinic in Toronto. We offer chiropractic care, physiotherapy, massage therapy, and more.

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Remote Patient Care Coordinator to support our front desk and admin team from the Philippines.
You will play an important role in ensuring smooth operations by handling scheduling, patient communication, admin tasks, and support duties—helping us deliver an excellent experience to every client.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support
Maintain and update patient records with accuracy and confidentiality
Ensure electronic intake and consent forms are completed (JaneApp)
Assist with daily documentation and client file updates

Customer Service
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
Assist clients with booking, rebooking, and inquiries
Provide helpful, warm communication at all times
Promote clinic services when needed

Scheduling & Coordination
Manage appointment bookings based on treatment plans
Ensure patient records are updated after every interaction
Support daily clinic operations remotely

Billing & Insurance
Process insurance claims and verify coverage (training provided)
Handle billing and payment inquiries

Complete end-of-shift reconciliation reports

Requirements
Must be available Saturdays 10 AM – 8 PM EST
Strong English communication skills (written & verbal)
Excellent attention to detail
Customer service experience preferred
Experience with healthcare admin or JaneApp is an asset
Ability to work independently and stay organized
Reliable Wi-Fi and quiet workspace

Compensation & Growth
CAD $750 plus $250 in bonus (possible pay increase after probationary period) 40 hrs per week
3-month probation period
Potential transition to full-time remote role after probation
Long-term, stable position for the right candidate
