I'm the founder of Flourish, a coaching and consulting business, and I'm looking for a reliable, proactive virtual assistant to help me grow the brand while freeing up my time.
This is an ongoing role, approximately 5–10 hours per week, with potential to grow as we build a strong working relationship.
What you'll be doing:
Managing and creating
Planning, writing, and scheduling Instagram content (feed posts, Stories, Reels, hashtag research, community engagement)
Drafting and posting LinkedIn content (thought-leadership posts, engagement, growing the brand presence)
General admin support as needed
You're a great fit if you:
Have hands-on experience with Mailchimp, Instagram, and LinkedIn (show me examples or past results)
Can write in a warm, professional brand voice — not generic, copy-paste content
Are a self-starter who takes initiative rather than waiting to be told every step
Are organised, dependable, and communicate clearly
Have experience supporting a coach, consultant, or personal brand (a plus, not essential)
