JOB OVERVIEW

We're a Texas-based roofing company looking for an experienced Insurance Supplements Specialist to join our team remotely. You'll work directly on insurance claim files, identifying scope gaps and pushing for full approvals using Xactimate.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Review insurance adjuster estimates and identify missing or under scoped line items
- Build and submit supplement requests using Xactimate
- Follow up with insurance carriers to negotiate full scope approval
- Communicate supplement outcomes back to our team for each job file

MUST-HAVES (please do not apply if you don't meet these):
- Proficient in Xactimate — hard requirement
- Experience supplementing for US roofing contractors
- Strong written English
- Familiar with State Farm, Allstate, Farmers, and other major US carriers
- Available to work Central Standard Time (CST) hours

NICE TO HAVE:
- Experience with Texas claims specifically
- Knowledge of RCV vs. ACV and depreciation handling

DETAILS:
- Hours: Full-time preferred; open to part-time to start
- Compensation: Open to discussion based on verifiable experience
- Location: 100% remote
