We are a US-based Managed Service Provider (MSP) seeking a skilled and motivated IT Support Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on providing day-to-day technical support, troubleshooting, and maintaining IT systems for our clients.
As an IT Support Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring our clients’ IT environments run smoothly by resolving technical issues, supporting end-users, and contributing to the overall success of our team. Key Responsibilities:
*Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
*Troubleshoot and resolve end-user issues remotely.
*Perform PC maintenance, upgrades, and installations.
*Assist with the setup and configuration of user equipment, software, and services.
*Monitor and maintain IT systems, ensuring optimal performance.
*Document work and update the ticketing system.
*Collaborate with the team to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
Technologies You’ll Work With:
*Windows and Mac desktop operating systems.
*Networking (e.g., Cisco, Ubiquiti, Fortinet).
*Microsoft 365 and Azure.
*Windows Server operating systems.
What We’re Looking For:
*Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and networks.
*Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Windows Server, and basic networking concepts.
*Excellent communication and customer service skills.
*A proactive and problem-solving mindset.
Preferred but Not Required:
*Certifications like A+, Google IT Support, or Microsoft Certified.
