JOB OVERVIEW

Property Profits and the Cooee Group are looking for a highly creative and fast-moving Content & Creative Producer to help scale our digital content, social media presence and lead generation.

You will work directly with founders and leadership to create high-performing content across:
Instagram,

Facebook,
TikTok,
YouTube,
podcasts,
paid advertising campaigns.

This role is heavily focused on short-form video, content repurposing and social-first creative execution.

We are looking for someone who understands modern content and knows how to turn ideas into attention.

This is NOT a basic editing role.

We want someone commercially aware who understands:
hooks,
engagement,
retention,
audience psychology,
content performance.

Key responsibilities include:
• Editing reels, shorts and TikToks
• Repurposing long-form content into short-form clips
• Creating captions, thumbnails and graphics
• Supporting YouTube and podcast production
• Scheduling and publishing content
• Assisting with paid advertising creatives
• Maintaining content consistency across brands
• Using AI tools to accelerate content production
• Supporting content calendars and campaigns

Requirements:
• Strong video editing skills
• Experience with CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar tools
• Strong understanding of social media trends
• Excellent English communication skills
• Fast turnaround times
• Strong creative instincts and attention to detail

Highly regarded:
• Motion graphics experience
• YouTube optimisation knowledge
• AI editing workflows
• Experience with Australian or US brands
• Finance, property or business content experience
