JOB OVERVIEW

About Us:
We are a growing Amazon Online Arbitrage business currently operating with a small, dedicated team of three. We are looking to add one full-time tea ---------- mber who is interested in long-term growth and advancement within our company.
This position will begin with a paid week trial period before transitioning into a permanent full-time role.
We are building more than just another OA team. We want dependable people who are serious about growing with us long term and eventually stepping into leadership or management positions.

Important Notice:
We have systems in place to detect copied leads, shared leads, or products taken from paid lead groups. Any candidate found submitting recycled leads or violating our sourcing standards will be removed immediately.

Position: Online Arbitrage Product Sourcer
Responsibilities
* Source 8–12 profitable, in-stock leads daily
* Follow company SOPs and sourcing guidelines
* Help improve, maintain, and organize SOPs when needed
* Ensure submitted leads meet all profitability and risk requirements
* Communicate consistently with the team through ---------- and WhatsApp

Requirements
Required Experience & Skills
* Previous Online Arbitrage sourcing experience
* Experience using:
* Keepa
* SellerAmp (SAS)
* Familiarity with:
* Manual sourcing
* Reverse sourcing
* Storefront stalking
* Keepa Product Finder
* Strong understanding of:
* ROI
* Profit margins
* Sales rank
* Keepa chart analysis
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
* Strong attention to detail
* Reliable internet connection
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week)
