ABOUT US
Rocket Town Media is a growing AI and marketing consulting business based in the United States. We currently support a retainer client in the HVAC industry, with more in the pipeline. What sets us apart is how aggressively we use AI to deliver better results — faster content, sharper creative, smarter workflows — for both our clients and ourselves. You'll be employee #1 on the marketing/ops side, with real ownership and real growth opportunities as we scale.
----------------------------------------
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We need a sharp, detail-oriented all-rounder who can juggle marketing tasks, admin work, and light project management without dropping balls. You should have a good eye for design and copy, be comfortable communicating with US clients, and be genuinely excited about using AI tools to do better work in less time (we'll teach you what you don't already know).
----------------------------------------
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Project coordinate web design and marketing deliverables for clients (timelines, follow-ups, QA before delivery)
- Manage day-to-day marketing tasks for our HVAC retainer client (social posts, content scheduling, reporting)
- Create static graphics and short-form video ads using Canva and CapCut for client campaigns and our own marketing
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, etc.) to accelerate copywriting, ideation, image generation, and research
- Handle admin work: inbox management, calendar coordination, document organization, light bookkeeping support
- Quality-check our work before it goes to clients — you're the second set of eyes that catches typos, broken links, and off-brand details
----------------------------------------
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Excellent written English (C1+ level)
- 2+ years experience as a VA, marketing assistant, or project coordinator
- Strong eye for design and brand consistency
- Proficient with Canva and CapCut (or willing to demonstrate strong portfolio work in similar tools)
- Comfortable with Google Workspace and at least one project management tool (ClickUp, Asana, Trello, Monday, Airtable, etc.)
- Highly organized — you live in checklists and don't need to be reminded twice
- Self-starter who can run with vague direction and ask smart clarifying questions
----------------------------------------
BONUS SKILLS (BIG PLUS)
- Experience managing Google Local Services Ads (LSA) — handling leads, disputing bad ones, optimizing for cost per lead
- Familiarity with HVAC, home services, or local service business marketing
- Hands-on experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Midjourney, Runway, etc.) in your actual workflow
- WordPress, Webflow, or basic web development knowledge
- SEO fundamentals
-
- Meta Ads or Google Ads experience
----------------------------------------
WHAT WE OFFER
- Stable, long-term, full-time role
- Paid Philippine holidays
- 13th-month pay after first year
- Performance bonuses tied to client retention and project delivery
- Paid training in AI tools and marketing platforms
- Real career growth — we're building a team, not just filling a seat
- Direct working relationship with the owner (no middle managers)

HOW TO APPLY
Please send your application with the following:
1. Subject line: "Rocket Crew Application – [Your First Name]" (this is how we filter for attention to detail)
2. A short intro paragraph: who you are, why this role caught your eye, and what your dream career path looks like
3. Your resume + portfolio/work samples (Canva designs, CapCut video edits, marketing campaigns you've worked on, projects you've managed)
4. Answer these three questions:
- What's an AI tool you've recently used in your work, and how did it change your process?
- Describe a time you caught a mistake before it reached a client. What happened?
- On a scale of 1–10, how comfortable are you with Google Local Services Ads? (Be honest — we'll train the right person.)
5. A 1–2 minute Loom video introducing yourself (optional but strongly preferred)
We review every application personally. Applications that skip the subject line or the three questions will not be considered.
