Position Overview
The Lead Generation Specialist is responsible for identifying, attracting, and qualifying potential clients to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline. This role is critical to the company's growth strategy and works closely with the sales and marketing teams to convert prospects into long-term business relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Prospecting & Outreach: Research and identify potential clients through online platforms, databases, social media, and industry networks, execute outbound outreach campaigns via
Lead Qualification: Engage with prospects to assess their needs, budget, and fit with company offerings
Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined criteria
Schedule discovery calls and meetings for the sales team or account executives
CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all leads and activities in the CRM
Track and report on key metrics including outreach volume, response rates, and qualified leads generated
Provide regular pipeline updates to the sales and leadership team
Requirements
Experience
2+ years of experience in lead generation, sales development, or a related role
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation targets
Experience in a marketing, branding, or creative agency is a plus
Skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
Familiarity with prospecting tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator,
Ability to craft compelling, personalized outreach messages
Strong organizational and time management skills
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and act on performance metrics
English language proficiency
