This is a sales role, not customer support.
CartForce helps US wellness brands turn “almost customers” into buyers by texting people who added products to their cart but didn’t finish buying.
Think products like saunas, ice baths, red light therapy, and recovery tools.
Your job is to read the conversation, understand where the customer is stuck, and write the reply that moves them closer to purchasing.
The replies you write directly affect client revenue, so we care a lot about judgment, speed, and quality.

REQUIREMENTS
- Strong written English
- Comfortable working US hours
- Reliable internet and laptop
- Fast response speed during shift
- Experience with US customers preferred
- Prior sales experience where you were responsible for outcomes, not just replies
