SENIOR GRAPHIC DESIGNER — DTC Consumer Brands
We're building the in-house creative engine behind a portfolio of premium DTC consumer brands in the pet and home lifestyle space. Our work spans product packaging, e-commerce, performance marketing, and brand — and we need a Senior Graphic Designer who has lived inside CPG or DTC product brands and knows what it takes to move product on shelf and online.
This is a high-output, execution-focused role for someone who takes creative ownership. You don't just fulfill briefs — you make them better. You'll work closely with our Creative Director, manage your own project queue across multiple brands, and deliver polished, production-ready work with speed and consistency.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Design and produce creative assets across
Translate creative briefs and direction from the Creative Director into polished, production-ready design
Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints and channels
Manage your own project queue and deliver on time with minimal oversight
Participate in creative reviews and incorporate feedback efficiently
Support junior designers with guidance and quality checks when needed
Contribute to the evolution of brand visual systems and design libraries
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
4–7 years of professional graphic design experience
Demonstrated experience designing for physical consumer products — packaging, retail, or DTC e-commerce (CPG, beauty, wellness, pet, food & beverage, or home goods)
Strong portfolio showing versatility across digital and print —
Ability to manage multiple active projects and brands simultaneously
Strong English communication skills — you'll be collaborating closely with a remote US-based team
Highly organized, reliable, and self-sufficient in a remote setting
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
Expert-level Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Solid understanding of digital production specs for
Hands-on experience with packaging design and print production — structural dielines, bleed, color profiles, vendor file prep
NICE TO HAVE
Experience specifically in pet, wellness, or home lifestyle categories
Motion graphics or basic video editing skills
Familiarity with Figma
THIS ROLE IS NOT THE RIGHT FIT IF:
Your portfolio is primarily from service industries, B2B, real estate, sports, entertainment, religious organizations, or agency work without a physical consumer product focus. We need designers who have built brands around products people buy — not services or experiences.
LOCATION & SCHEDULE
Fully remote. Candidates must have consistent overlap with US business hours (PST) for team collaboration and creative reviews.
