JOB OVERVIEW

???? We're Hiring: Paid Social Creative Editor — Scandinavian eCommerce Brand

We are a fast-growing Scandinavian eCommerce brand (with roots in Denmark ????????) producing high-volume Meta ads, and we're looking for an exceptionally skilled Paid Social Creative Editor to join our team.

Previous experience working with a Scandinavian brand is a strong plus — and experience with a Danish brand is especially meriting.

This role is for someone who understands direct-response marketing, fast-paced iteration, and AI generation workflows — not basic aesthetic editing.

?

???? What You'll Do
• Create high-volume paid social videos (UGC-style, product demos, problem–solution, voiceover visuals, testimonial edits)
• Generate AI-powered visuals using tools like Google VEO 3, Higgsfield, Google Gemini, AI UGC avatar tools, and AI image generators
• Build static ads using a mix of AI visuals + our existing asset library
• Receive a creative brief and independently produce 3–10 video variations and 5–20 static image variations
• Rapid iterations based on feedback and performance data
• Add engaging on-screen text, captions, VFX, and sound design
• Help conceptualize ideas that improve CTR, hook rate, thumbstop ratio, and ROAS
• Deliver creatives in Meta-native format (short form, mobile-first, bold text, fast pacing)

?

? Required Skills & Experience

Direct-Response Creative Editing
• Strong knowledge of high-performing Meta ad formats
• Deep understanding of hooks, pacing, retention strategy, and CTA placement

AI Video & Image Generation
• Strong prompting abilities
• Ability to generate AI actors/UGC avatars, AI B-roll, AI product shots
• Workflow experience: storyboarding, prompt crafting, refining, upscaling

Technical Editing
• Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut Desktop, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro
• Photoshop, Canva, or Figma for static ads

Paid Social Knowledge
• Understanding of creative testing
• Ability to interpret metrics: hook rate, thumbstop %, CTR, watch-time dropoff

Work Speed
• Must be able to produce high-volume output daily
• 24–48 hour turnaround on creative requests

Language
• Proficient in English (verbal + written)
