# Social Media & Marketing VA – Hair Restoration Clinic

## About Us

We are a long-established hair restoration clinic looking for a highly organized and creative Virtual Assistant to help us quickly build and manage our:

* Instagram
* Facebook
* social media content
* lead generation workflows
* DM call-to-actions
* basic backend marketing systems

We are looking to hire immediately.

This is NOT a highly corporate role.

We are looking for someone proactive, organized, fast-moving, and comfortable helping a small business build ---------- ntum quickly.

# OUR CURRENT PRIORITY (NEXT 30 DAYS)

Our immediate focus is:

* rebuilding and growing our social media presence
* making our pages look active and established quickly
* posting consistent educational and engaging content
* supporting Meta ad traffic with strong social proof
* creating CTAs that drive DMs and leads
* helping organize the backend flow of leads into our systems

We will also be running Meta ads simultaneously.

# MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

## Social Media Content Creation

* Create Instagram and Facebook posts
* Create and edit simple reels
* Repurpose raw iPhone footage into content
* Create captions and educational posts
* Create before/after content
* Schedule content consistently (minimum 3 posts per week)
* Help pages look active, trustworthy, and established

## Content Organization & Planning

* Create simple content calendars
* Create weekly shot/content lists for our clinic team
* Organize content folders and assets
* Help manage before/after content organization
* Help identify trending or engaging content ideas

## CTA & Lead Flow Support

* Help create DM call-to-actions
* Support basic ManyChat and/or GoHighLevel integrations
* Help connect social media inquiries into our CRM workflow
* Help ensure leads are routed properly
* Assist with organizing lead communication

## Meta Ads Support

* Support Meta ad content needs
* Help organize ad creatives and captions
* Assist with connecting ad leads into workflows
* Coordinate social content with ad campaigns

# IMPORTANT

We are NOT looking for a highly polished influencer-style social media manager.

We care more about:

* consistency
* organization
* responsiveness
* trust-building content
* operational thinking
* implementation
* flexibility with revisions

than flashy graphics.

# OUR TEAM

Our clinic owner is highly involved in messaging and marketing direction and may request wording revisions.

We need someone who:

* works quickly
* is flexible with feedback
* communicates well
* can adapt quickly
* is not emotionally attached to drafts/content

Fast turnaround is VERY important.
