Schedule (Required): Monday–Saturday, 8:00am–8:00pm Mountain Time (Alberta, Canada)
(We’ll set your exact shift inside that window, but you must be available during these hours.)
Pay: Hourly (based on experience) + bonus for every lead you book that gets completed (bonus varies by service)
What you’ll do
Your main job is to respond fast to leads, qualify them, and get them booked.
Responsibilities:
Reply to new leads quickly (text,
Qualify leads (service needed, address/area, timing, scope, photos if needed)
Book jobs and confirm details
Follow up with unbooked leads + no-responses
Handle basic price objections professionally
Update lead tracker/CRM notes (Google Sheets/CRM)
Light admin support as needed
Must-have requirements
Strong English + confident communication
Comfortable with sales conversations (not admin-only)
Reliable internet + quiet workspace + headset
Fast, organized, and consistent (speed matters)
Able to work Monday–Saturday within 8am–8pm Mountain Time
Bonus (important)
