POSITION SUMMARY:
The SellerCloud Ecommerce Technical Support is responsible for providing technical assistance to jewelry
sellers using the SellerCloud platform, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth operations for their online
sales. This role requires strong technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a good understanding of e-commerce
best practices, particularly within the jewelry industry.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (include but not limited to the following):
• Technical Support: Address technical issues related to SellerCloud's features, integrations, and marketplace
listings, specifically in the context of jewelry products.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve problems related to inventory management, pricing, order
fulfillment, and other e-commerce processes.
• Issue Escalation: Identify and escalate critical issues to the appropriate internal teams for resolution.
• Knowledge Base: Contribute to the documentation and maintenance of the SellerCloud knowledge base,
ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
• Communication: Effectively communicate with sellers, providing clear and concise technical assistance and
updates.
• Product Expertise: Stay informed about the specific requirements of jewelry products on various e
commerce platforms and SellerCloud's features related to jewelry.
• Problem-Solving: Develop and implement solutions to address common technical issues faced by jewelry
sellers.
• Training: Provide training or support to new sellers on using SellerCloud's features and functionalities.
• Feedback: Gather feedback from users on their experience with SellerCloud and identify areas for
improvement.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Required:
• High speed internet connection – PLDT Fiber Plan 1299, 100 mbs boosted speed or the exact same
speed/product offered by competitor. Lower speeds will not be accepted. Bill needs to be provided, which
includes name and a speed test (see below).
• Must have their own high quality noise cancelling headset
• 5-6 years previous experience working with a company in the United States
• 1 year experience with Omni channel listings and DSCO experience
• Exceptional English-speaking communication skills, both verbal and written
• Must work NYC business hours 9:00 – 5:00 Monday through Friday
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or IT
Abilities/Skills:
• Knowledge of Jewelry: Understanding of jewelry materials, styles, and manufacturing processes.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts.
• Troubleshooting Skills: Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently and effectively.
• E-commerce Knowledge: Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, marketplaces and sales processes. Specific
experience in SellerCloud with Omni channel listings: DSCO, Radial, Mirakl, Shopify, Wholesale and DTC
Business model
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze problems, identify root causes, and develop solutions.
• Software Proficiency: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant
software.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and identify trends related to technical issues.
• Project Management: Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Communication and Customer Service Skills: Ability to communicate technical information clearly and
concisely, both verbally and in writing. Ability to communicate clearly and ask the right questions.
• Organizational and Time Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
with strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work in a Team: Positive attitude and demeanor that can work cross-functionally with marketing,
inventory and operations teams.
Preferred:
• Experience working with SellerCloud or similar e-commerce platforms.
• Experience in the jewelry industry or related fields.
• Experience with inventory management systems.
• Experience with e-commerce marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, eBay, Etsy).
