Client Care / Inside Sales Specialist — Real Estate
We're a high-performing real estate team in Dallas, TX looking for a sharp, well-spoken Client Care / Inside Sales Specialist to be the voice on the other end of our phone line.
What You'll Do
You're the first impression. When someone calls our business, a buyer with questions, a seller curious about their home's value, another agent asking about one of our listings, or a vendor coordinating logistics, you answer the phone and handle it with confidence.
Beyond inbound calls, you own speed-to-lead on every new inquiry that comes in. That means a fast, warm first touch, thorough follow-up, and patient nurturing until a lead is ready to meet with one of our agents. You'll also close the loop on customer service issues so nothing falls through the cracks.
You'll live in our CRM. Every conversation, every next step, every detail logged so the team always knows where things stand.
