JOB OVERVIEW

Job Introduction:

Aurenix AI is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Live Stream Product Trainer to train newly hired Live Streamers before they officially start livestreaming.

This role is very important to ensure that every Live Streamer fully understands the company’s business direction, product positioning, livestream talking points, communication standards, and audience engagement approach before going live.

The selected candidate will be responsible for training, guiding, assessing, and improving Live Streamers to ensure livestream quality and consistency.

Main Responsibilities:

* Train newly hired Live Streamers before they officially start live sessions
* Explain the company background, business direction, and product positioning clearly
* Train Live Streamers on company-approved talking points, scripts, and messaging direction
* Help Live Streamers understand AI, automation, digital trends, and AI-driven trading infrastructure at a simple educational level
* Ensure Live Streamers understand what they can and cannot say during livestreams
* Conduct role-play training and livestream simulation sessions
* Evaluate whether Live Streamers are ready and qualified to go live
* Provide feedback and improvement guidance to Live Streamers
* Prepare basic training materials, scripts, Q&A guidelines, and livestream communication notes
* Monitor livestream quality and identify areas for improvement
* Work with HR and the management team to improve the training process
* Ensure livestream content remains professional, educational, and aligned with company direction

Candidate Requirements:

* Experience in product training, sales training, livestream training, coaching, or team training
* Strong communication and explanation skills
* Able to explain complex topics in a simple and easy-to-understand way
* Comfortable training Live Streamers, hosts, content creators, or sales-related roles
* Good understanding of audience engagement, presentation skills, and livestream communication
* Interest or basic knowledge in AI, technology, finance, trading, or digital trends is a plus
* Able to create simple training materials, scripts, and Q&A references
* Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to maintain consistent training standards
* Good English communication skills

Important Note:

This is not a typical product sales role.

The main focus of this position is to train Live Streamers so they can deliver educational livestream content professionally, explain the company direction clearly, engage audiences properly, and generate qualified interest for the team.

Live Streamers must pass training and internal assessment before they are arranged to start livestreaming.

The trainer will play a key role in maintaining livestream quality and ensuring that the company’s message is communicated correctly.
