We are looking for a creative, reliable, and self-motivated Social Media Virtual Assistant to help grow two exciting Texas real estate brands through engaging short-form content.

If you love creating scroll-stopping videos, understand social media trends, and know how to turn ideas into engaging content using AI tools — we want to hear from you!

Strong experience with CapCut
AI video creation/editing experience
Canva experience preferred
Ability to create reels/shorts with hooks, captions, transitions, music, and trending styles
Comfortable using ChatGPT or AI tools for content ideas and scripting
Basic understanding of real estate/social media marketing
Organized and responsive communication
Your Responsibilities
Create engaging short-form video content
Edit reels and shorts
Turn listing photos/videos into social media content
Create graphics and carousel posts
Write captions and hashtags
Schedule/post content
Suggest trending ideas and viral hooks
Repurpose content across multiple platforms
Help build brand awareness and lead generation
