WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Edit high-converting short-form video ads for Meta (UGC, DTC,
static ads)
- Generate AI videos and clips using Higgsfield and other AI tools
- Create AI avatars with accurate lip-sync
- Add clean, engaging captions and motion graphics
- Follow creative briefs and competitor references provided by our
team
- Deliver scroll-stopping content that performs

SCHEDULE

- Full-time, Monday to Saturday
- ~8 hours per day
- You organize your own hours after the training period — we care
about output, not clock-watching

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

MUST HAVE:
- Strong video editing skills (this is non-negotiable)
- Solid English communication — you'll work with our Filipino
Manager daily
- Proficiency with CapCut and/or Canva
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Willingness to learn and follow our workflow

NICE TO HAVE (not required — we'll train you):
- Experience with Higgsfield, HeyGen, Synthesia, D-ID, ElevenLabs,
or similar AI video tools
- Experience editing Meta creative ads (Facebook/Instagram)
- Premiere Pro, After Effects, or other pro editing software
- Green screen editing experience
