Role Overview
We’re seeking a proactive Onboarding Specialist to join our team. This role serves as a trusted advisor for LegitFit customers during their initial 60-90 days, championing their success through seamless onboarding and adoption.

You’ll take charge of customers from sales handover until they are fully onboarded and live with LegitFit.

This involves leading them through their onboarding journey—equipping them with the knowledge to embed LegitFit in their business, managing data migrations, and hitting go-live timelines.

You’ll coordinate with support, engineering, and product teams to ensure optimal outcomes during this critical phase.

As this role works with customers across Europe and the US, flexibility is required for a mix of EU and US EST shifts.

Key Responsibilities
Lead customer onboarding, ensuring smooth product implementation, data migrations, and quick time-to-value.
Build relationships with key customer stakeholders to understand their goals, workflows, and onboarding needs.
Act as the main point of contact throughout the 60-90 day onboarding journey, driving successful adoption of LegitFit.
Coordinate with internal teams (Support, Engineering, Product) to resolve issues and deliver tailored onboarding solutions.
Advocate for customers by sharing feedback to improve onboarding processes and resources.
Maintain accurate onboarding records, timelines, and notes in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot).
Contribute to onboarding enablement resources like guides, checklists, and training materials.

Requirements
2–4 years’ experience in onboarding, implementation, or customer success within a SaaS environment.
Proven track record leading customer onboarding projects, migrations, or go-lives.
Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.
Technical aptitude to learn platforms quickly and guide customers through setup.
Proficiency with digital tools (HubSpot, Notion, Slack, etc.).
Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously.

Nice to Have
Experience with SMB/B2B fitness, wellness, or booking software customers.
Familiarity with data migration tools or SaaS onboarding best practices.
Knowledge of onboarding metrics (e.g., time-to-value, go-live success rate).
