JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a freelance creator who can use provided webtoon images, story materials, and character references as creative source materials to plan and produce short-form prologue videos, teaser videos, and advertising creatives using AI video tools and video editing workflows.
This role is not about simply converting images into videos. It requires the ability to understand each webtoon or web novel IP, plan engaging video concepts, create strong hooks and scene flow, and produce polished short-form edits for promotion and platform use.
The role focuses on short-form video planning, visual storytelling, AI-assisted image-to-video generation, scene direction, video editing, advertising creative production, and rapid iteration. Advanced technical setup is not required, and training or workflow guidance can be provided.
Please note that some projects may involve 17+ content, so applicants must be comfortable working with such materials as part of the production process.

Responsibilities
· Create short-form prologue videos, teaser videos, and advertising videos based on provided webtoon images and story materials
· Use AI image-to-video or video generation tools to animate scenes, characters, camera movement, and mood
· Write and adjust video prompts to achieve the desired motion, composition, and atmosphere
· Edit short videos with basic pacing, transitions, captions, music, sound effects, or simple visual effects when needed
· Create multiple ad video variations for testing, such as different hooks, opening scenes, text overlays, or video lengths
· Quickly review outputs, identify issues, and iterate until the result matches the creative direction
· Organize and deliver final video files and source materials clearly and on time

Requirements
· Experience creating short videos, teaser videos, social media ads, or promotional video content
· Ability to use AI video generation or image-to-video tools and improve results through prompt iteration
· Good sense of visual storytelling, pacing, hooks, and emotional impact for short-form content
· Ability to follow story direction, character references, and brand guidelines accurately
· Basic video editing ability, including cutting, timing, text overlays, transitions, and audio placement
· Good English communication skills
· Strong attention to detail and reliable delivery

Preferred (Optional)
· Experience with AI video tools.
· Experience with webtoon, comics, anime-style content, visual novels, or web novel promotion
· Experience creating TikTok, Reels, Shorts, Meta Ads, or other short-form advertising creatives
· Experience using Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar editing tools
· Ability to add simple motion graphics, subtitles, sound design, or dramatic teaser-style editing
· Understanding of romance, fantasy, action, drama, or webtoon/web novel genre trends
