ABOUT THE ROLE
A new AI automation company. We help businesses adopt AI
"coworkers" — smart agents that take over repetitive, time-consuming
work. We're growing, and we're looking for our first AI Automation
Specialist to build and deliver these solutions for our clients.
This is a hands-on technical role. You'll take a client's manual
workflows and turn them into working automations and AI agents —
connecting their tools, configuring the systems, testing until they
run reliably, and documenting everything clearly.
You'll work closely with the founder, who handles sales and client
relationships, while you own the building side. As our first
specialist, you'll have real ownership and a direct hand in shaping
how we work.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Map client workflows and identify tasks that can be automated
- Build, configure, and test automations and AI agents
- Connect tools and software using integrations and APIs (Slack,
Microsoft Teams, CRMs, Google Workspace, and more)
- Monitor and improve automations for ongoing clients
- Write clear documentation and handover materials for clients
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR (MUST-HAVE)
- 2-4 years of experience in automation, integrations, IT, or
technical operations
- Hands-on experience with automation platforms — Zapier,
n8n, GoHighLevel, or similar
- Comfortable working with APIs and connecting different software
- Able to read and write basic code (Python or JavaScript) — enough
to debug and customise
- Strong written and spoken English
- Reliable, organised, and able to work independently
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with AI tools or AI agents
- Background in IT support, business analysis, or operations
- Experience working with Australian or Western clients
Note: We use a new AI platform called Viktor. You do NOT need prior
experience with it — if your automation skills are strong, we will
train you.
