JOB OVERVIEW

Crosby Productions is a fast-growing real estate media company based in Western North Carolina and Upstate South Carolina. We are looking for a Lead Video Editor to join our team full-time and grow into a Team Lead position as we scale.

This is a long-term role. We are not looking for a freelancer. We want a dedicated tea ---------- mber who will become the backbone of our editing department and eventually lead a team of editors under them.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

You will start as our Lead Video Editor, responsible for producing high-quality real estate videos at a fast pace. As we grow, you will transition into a Team Lead position, helping manage and delegate work to other editors on our team.

Current volume: approximately 60 videos per month
- 50% are Premium videos (full cinematic edit)
- 50% are Base videos (standard edit)
- 4 YouTube videos per month (10-12 minutes each)

REQUIREMENTS:

- 12-hour turnaround time. You will receive all footage by 8:00 PM Eastern Standard Time and all deliverables must be completed by the following morning.
- High-quality edits. We have a specific style and standard. You must be able to match it consistently.
- High communication. You will be expected to respond promptly, flag issues early, and stay in sync with the team.
- Long-term commitment. We are building something. We want someone who wants to grow with us, not just take a paycheck.
- Team leadership potential. As we scale, you will have editors working under you. You need to be organized, clear, and reliable enough to delegate and oversee work.
