Our independent Record Label is looking to hire a highly skilled and creative **Marketing Specialist** to help launch and grow the career of an emerging Recording Artist. This is not just another marketing job — this is an opportunity to help build a music brand from the ground up and be part of a long-term creative vision.

We are looking for someone who understands modern music marketing, social media culture, fan engagement, and digital growth strategies. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, proactive, and passionate about helping artists build loyal audiences online.

???? What You’ll Be Responsible For

Social Media & Brand Growth

* Manage and grow the Recording Artist’s social media presence across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, X/Twitter, and more
* Develop and schedule engaging content that builds audience connection and brand identity
* Stay up to date with trends, viral strategies, and platform algorithms

Fan Engagement & Community Building

* Communicate with fans through email, text marketing, and social media interactions
* Help build and nurture a loyal fanbase/community
* Create strategies that increase engagement, followers, streams, and conversions

Funnels & Marketing Systems

* Build landing pages and funnels to capture fan information (emails, SMS, etc.)
* Assist with email marketing campaigns and automation
* Help execute music release campaigns and promotional rollouts

Content Creation

* Create marketing materials for social media
* Design still graphics, promotional assets, and short-form video content
* Edit videos for reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and ads

? Ideal Candidate Requirements

We are looking for someone with:

* Proven experience in social media marketing
* Experience growing brands, influencers, artists, or online communities
* Knowledge of funnels, landing pages, and email marketing systems
* Graphic design and video editing skills
* Excellent written English communication skills
* Strong creativity and attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and bring ideas to the table
* Passion for music, entertainment, branding, and digital culture
