The Role
Part-time remote - with potential to grow full-time. You will build and maintain the AI-powered systems at the core of our business and deliver similar implementations for our clients. This includes building personalized AI partner experiences, configuring AI chief of staff systems for individual executives, setting up entire teams on Claude and Claude Code, and connecting AI tools to CRM and automation platforms.

You own the technical infrastructure end to end - for us and for our clients. You are not waiting for someone to hand you a spec. You ask the right questions, figure out the best solution, and build it. If you need detailed direction for every decision this is not the right fit.

What You Will Build and Own
AI-powered member and client experience platforms built on Claude API
Personalized AI chief of staff configurations for individual executives
Team-wide Claude and Claude Code implementations when clients upgrade
GHL workflows and automations connecting AI tools to CRM and communication systems
Make automations connecting Claude API, GHL, and third party tools
Member and client profile architecture - storing goals, priorities, and interaction history
Branded front-end interfaces using Lovable or similar no-code platforms
Client dashboards and reporting views
New client onboarding and configuration - getting each client's AI system live quickly
Ongoing optimization of all platforms based on usage and feedback

Tools You Must Know
Claude API - Claude Code - GHL - GoHighLevel - Make - Zapier - Lovable or similar no-code platform - JavaScript or Python basics helpful

What You Must Have
* Proven experience building real products with Claude API or OpenAI API - not just experimenting
* Hands-on GHL workflow and automation experience
* Make or Zapier at an intermediate to advanced level
* Experience building front-end interfaces using Lovable or similar no-code tools
* Ability to configure and deploy Claude and Claude Code for business use cases
* Strong independent troubleshooting instincts - you diagnose and fix without needing hand-holding
* Portfolio of AI-powered tools, automations, or platforms you have built and deployed
* Experience delivering technical implementations for clients - not just internal projects
* Self-directed and accountable - you own outcomes not just tasks
