JOB OVERVIEW:
Book warm, exclusive leads for a US licensed sales team. No cold calling. Real bonuses you control. Established operation, working systems, full support from day one.
Every lead you call already raised their hand. They filled out a benefits card, requested information, or are existing clients due for a review. They expect a call from us. Your job is simple: reach them, qualify their interest, and book the Zoom appointment with the right agent.
If you can book appointments, this role pays you for every part of the result. The call. The show. The sale.
EARNINGS BREAKDOWN:
This role pays three ways. Every dollar above base is tied to a specific outcome you control.
1. Base Pay. $3.00/hr × 40 hours = $120/week, paid every Friday via Remitly.
2. Show Bonus. $5.00 for every Qualifying Show (lead joins Zoom for 10+ minutes). Unlocks at a 35% weekly show rate. Average week: 10 shows = $50.
3. Sale Bonus. $10.00 for every Surviving Sale (policy issues and stays in force 30 days). Unlocks at 9 shows per week. Average week: 4 sales = $40.
REALISTIC WEEKLY EARNINGS:
TARGET WEEK — $120 base + $50 show bonus + $40 sale bonus = $210
STRONG WEEK — $120 base + $75 show bonus + $60 sale bonus = $255
TOP PERFORMER — $120 base + $100 show bonus + $80 sale bonus = $300
No hidden caps. No "up to" language. The math is the math. The harder you book, the more you earn.
YOUR WORKDAY:
Tuesday through Saturday, Pacific Time.
Morning block: 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM PT
Break: 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM PT (unpaid, two hours)
Afternoon block: 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM PT
40 hours, every week.
You will call warm leads, send the texts we give you, qualify interest, and book Zoom appointments on our agents' calendars. We provide the phone numbers, the scripts, the leads, the calendar access, and a custom AI assistant built in-house to coach you through objections in real time.
You bring the energy and the dial discipline. We bring everything else.
WHO WE WANT:
You speak clean, confident, US-neutral English.
You have outbound calling experience and you are not afraid of the phone.
You have booked appointments before. Insurance, solar, home services, telecom, real estate, financial services, or B2B all transfer well.
You log your activity without being chased.
You can work Tuesday to Saturday on Pacific Time. Be honest with yourself about this one.
You take direct feedback and apply it immediately.
You do not need to be licensed. You do not sell. You book. Our agents close.
You will need a VPN; however, we will provide the Calling System.
AN ESTABLISHED OPERATION:
We run a focused team. Our agents are licensed, our leads are warm, our systems are built, and our infrastructure is in place. The person who joins us steps into a working operation, not a startup experiment. You get the tools, the training, and the team support to hit your numbers from week one.
HOW TO APPLY:
In your application message, answer these three questions in writing. Short, direct answers are best.
1. What is the highest sustained call volume you have ever hit in a single day? Give the number, the role, and the type of leads.
2. Will you commit to Tuesday through Saturday, 10 AM to 8 PM Pacific Time, for at least the next 6 months? Yes or no.
3. A lead picks up and says "I don't remember filling anything out. Take me off your list." You have 15 seconds before they hang up. Write the exact words you would say to keep them on the line.
