We are hiring a Sales-Oriented Virtual Assistant who knows how to confidently handle
objections and close deals over the phone. You’ll be the first point of contact for leads
interested in our Canadian -based Property services, and your main goal is to convert those inquiries
into paying customers.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in sales conversations, knows how to build trust
quickly, and doesn’t shy away from tough questions or hesitations from prospects.
Key Responsibilities:
Take inbound sales calls from interested leads and follow up with outbound calls when
needed
Confidently pitch our services and walk customers through pricing and packages
Handle common objections (pricing, scheduling, trust concerns) with professionalism
and ease
Convert warm leads into scheduled jobs with a consistent close rate
Manage CRM updates, lead tracking, and post-call notes
Assist with scheduling, follow-up
Maintain excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale
What We're Looking For:
Fluent in English with strong conversational skills
Proven ability to overcome objections and close sales on calls
Comfortable talking to Canadian. customers and building rapport quickly
Detail-oriented with solid administrative follow-through
Able to work independently and take initiative without constant supervision
Experience with cleaning or Property services (preferred but not required)
Technical Requirements:
Minimum 30 Mbps wired Internet connection
Quiet, professional work environment with no background noise
Backup Internet and device for emergencies
Compensation & Hours:
$5–$5.50 per hour (depending on experience)
Full-time role
Must be available during Canadian business hours
