Maintenance Coordination
Receive and manage inbound maintenance tickets from tenants
Triage issues, gather owner approvals before dispatching work
Coordinate scheduling with our on-ground maintenance tech and third-party vendors
Onboard new vendors — collect W9s, insurance certificates, and set up in our system
Follow up on open work orders until closed
Keep property owners updated on repair status
Available for after-hours calls when urgent maintenance issues arise (emergencies, lockouts, no heat, flooding)
Tenant Application Processing
Review incoming rental applications for completeness
Run background and credit checks using our screening tools
Contact references (previous landlords, employers) by phone and
Call prospective tenants to verify information and answer questions
Prepare application summaries and submit recommendations to the property manager for final approval
What We're Looking For
1–2 years experience in property management, customer service, or a similar coordination role
Strong English communication — written and spoken (you'll be calling US-based references and tenants)
Highly organized, able to manage multiple open tickets simultaneously
Comfortable working US business hours (CST)
This is an on-call role — occasional after-hours availability is required for urgent situations
Experience with property management software a plus (AppFolio, TenantCloud, ClickUp)
Self-starter — we're a small team, you'll have autonomy and accountability
