JOB OVERVIEW

Coastal Water Technologies is a fast-growing wholesale distributor serving water treatment, well, plumbing, irrigation, and infrastructure professionals across Florida. We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing & Content Manager to help grow our brand, strengthen customer engagement, and support our expanding locations and product lines.

This position is ideal for someone who is organized, creative, self-driven, and capable of managing both digital and print marketing projects from concept to completion.

Responsibilities:
Create and manage social media content across multiple platforms
Build promotional campaigns for products, specials, events, and branch activities
Design flyers, brochures, catalogs, and other marketing materials
Prepare customer-facing product sheets and promotional literature
Organize and maintain marketing content for websites and online platforms
Coordinate product launches, promotions, and branding initiatives
Create graphics, photography, video, and written content
Work with vendors and manufacturers to obtain product information and marketing assets
Help maintain consistent company branding across all locations and platforms
Assist with email marketing campaigns and customer communications
Support customer outreach efforts

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in marketing, graphic design, social media management, or related fields
Strong organizational and communication skills
Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design software
Experience creating content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms
Photography and video editing experience is a plus
Website and e-commerce experience is a plus
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Self-motivated with strong attention to detail
