JOB OVERVIEW

AW Creative Studio is looking for a part-time Video Editor & Content Assistant to help produce short-form content, branded content, real estate videos, event recaps, and social media content.

We are looking for someone who understands modern social media but can also create thoughtful, clean, professional edits with pacing, story, and visual taste.

This is not primarily a “viral content” editing role.

We are interested in:

* branded content
* real estate content
* commercial-style social media videos
* event recaps
* lifestyle content
* cinematic storytelling

Responsibilities

You may help with:

* Organizing footage and project folders
* Syncing audio and video
* Building selects timelines
* Creating rough cuts
* Editing short-form social content
* Editing real estate and local business videos
* Editing branded content
* Adding captions when needed
* Preparing exports for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and websites
* Pulling thumbnails and social assets
* Following creative references and direction
* Maintaining organized project files

You are:

* Organized and reliable
* Comfortable receiving feedback
* Interested in storytelling and pacing
* Familiar with social media trends
* Able to create more than just template-based edits
* Comfortable working independently
* Able to maintain clean project organization

* DaVinci Resolve

Also acceptable:

* Adobe Premiere Pro

Helpful but not primary:

* CapCut

We are not looking for CapCut-only editors.
